With several homes currently on the market in Outpost Estates, our neighborhood is about to welcome a new wave of neighbors. Outpost Neighborhood Association (ONA) wants every one of them to feel at home from day one, and now we have something special to make that happen.

This brochure would not exist without the generosity of two longtime Outpost residents. Tom Davila and his husband John Zaffarano, who have called Outpost Estates home for more than 30 years, sponsored the brochure and have volunteered to print and hand-deliver a copy to every new neighbor as they move in.
Tom and John have long been champions of this community, and this latest contribution is a perfect example of what makes the Outpost feel like a small town in the middle of Hollywood. On behalf of the ONA Board of Directors and the entire neighborhood: thank you both.
