Runyon Canyon Park Recovery Volunteer Day on Saturday May 17, 2025
Runyon Canyon Park is a 160-acre park in Los Angeles, California, at the eastern end of the Santa Monica Mountains, managed by the Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks. Outpost Estates is adjacent to Runyon Canyon Park.
Join Los Angeles City Council District 4 Councilmember Nithya Raman and staff from the Los Angeles Department of Recreation and Parks for an eco-centered volunteer day at Runyon Canyon Park as we work together to restore this iconic outdoor space after the devastating Sunset Fire.
Runyon Canyon is more than just a park—it’s a community treasure, providing an escape into nature for Angelenos and visitors alike. The fire left a lasting impact, but with your help, we can restore the park’s beauty, protect wildlife habitats, and make sure future generations can continue to enjoy this special green space.
