Free Paper Shredding and E-Waste Recycling: Celebrate Earth Day 2026 in Outpost Estates on Saturday April 18th from 9am - 12pm

The annual earth day free neighborhood paper shredding and electronic waste event is happening on Saturday April 18, 2026 from 9am - 12pm. It is being sponsored and hosted by Aaron Montelongo of Compass Real Estate, and is a great opportunity for Outpost Estates residents to safely dispose of old electronics (like printers, phones, etc.) and documents while enjoying refreshments and pastries and meeting neighbors.

The event will take place outdoors at the intersection of Outpost Circle and Hillside Avenue. There will be a free raffle for those that pop by. Last year, neighbors won prizes including 2 field level tickets to a Los Angeles Dodgers game with Stadium Club passes and parking!

One of the goals of the Outpost Neighborhood Association (ONA) is to build a truly vibrant, engaging, and welcoming community for all stakeholders in the area. To help foster a strong sense of neighborhood camaraderie and togetherness, ONA hosts a variety of community events throughout the year, creating opportunities for residents to come together and strengthen their bonds. For more information about ONA initiatives and activities, you can check out a current listing of events on the calendar by clicking here.
