Outpost Neighborhood Association — 2025 Year-End Review & Accomplishments

Outpost Neighborhood Association
📊 2025 By the Numbers

As 2025 comes to a close, the 2025 Outpost Neighborhood Association (ONA) Board would like to share a year-end review of what we set out to accomplish—and what we delivered—on behalf of Outpost Estates and its residents.

Each year, ONA develops priorities with direct input from neighborhood stakeholders. In 2025, our work focused on four core areas: Neighborhood Safety, Traffic, Beautification, and Social/Community Building. You can view the full list of 2025 ONA Priorities here: https://www.outpostestates.com/team

Below is a summary of our priorities, accomplishments, and key metrics from the year.

🛡️ Neighborhood Safety

2025 Priorities

  • Install Flock Safety license-plate-reader cameras at neighborhood entrances.

  • Add 40 homes to POST Security to qualify for an 8-hour dedicated patrol car.

  • Advocate for wildfire brush clearance and wildfire prevention.

2025 Accomplishments

  • ✅ Installed two Flock Safety license-plate-reader cameras on Outpost Drive as a pilot program.

  • ✅ Connected neighbors interested in wildfire mitigation to begin the process of designating Outpost Estates as a Firewise USA® community, which may help with insurance eligibility.

  • ✅ Coordinated installation of free Torch Sensors to provide early wildfire and brush-fire detection.

  • ✅ Negotiated with POST Patrol to secure a dedicated patrol car for 8 hours per day, 7 days per week once 40 additional homes enroll in POST’s security plan.
